MY ORDER

Refunds & Exchanges:

Purchases made are final sale. If you have received a product that has been damaged, we will offer an exchange for the same product or you can receive store credit if the item is then sold out.

I want to cancel my order!

Since all sale are final we aren't able to cancel any orders.

When will I receive my order?

Our processing time is 3-6 business days. (excluding holidays) You will then receive a confirmation email with your tracking email. Shipping may take 2-5 depending on the delivery service and any delays that may occur.

Do you ship internationally?

At the moment we do not ship internationally but we will very soon!

My package is lost in the mail!

While we do understand that these unfortunate situations happen, once we ship your package The US Postal Service or UPS is now responsible. You will need to contact your local Post Office to obtain information regarding your package. After 3 days and no sign of your package please email us at hello@laylareneeco.com for assistance.

My tracking number won't show

If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 1-4 business days for your tracking information to show. In some rare cases, tracking information may not update, but you will sill receive your order. Please contact us after the estimates delivery time has passed.
